Josh Biden

Josh is a practical designer who ensures our clients’ projects are well managed, on schedule and on budget. His goal for every project is to make sure that the client receives great professional service and that each client’s design is a success.

Josh’s experience as a project architect includes work in all project phases. He joined the firm in 2014 and has worked on several governmental, corporate, education, health care and recreational project types. Before joining JAI, Josh gained years of experience in construction and architecture working on religious, retail and automotive projects.

Josh has a comprehensive knowledge of several documentation platforms, including Revit and CAD. He is adept at code compliance to effectively produce design documents, construction documents, detail specifications and schedules, as well as preliminary design and hand sketches.
