JAI worked with the owners of Jackie's Dream to bring their celebrated soul food concept to The Delaney Building at Knoxville's mixed-use Covenant Health Park stadium development. Featuring a welcoming dining room, bar, and a highly efficient commercial kitchen, the restaurant was designed to support both daily service and event-day crowds. The space creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's longstanding connection to the community while establishing a vibrant new destination in downtown Knoxville.
