Shannon is committed to community-oriented design. She believes in a collaborative design process to establish strong connections between all participants to create built environments that improve the users’ quality of life.
Shannon has project management experience in education, industrial, commercial, health care and multi-family housing projects. She joined JAI in 2017 and has a comprehensive knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), including Revit and Energy Analysis Modeling, and she teaches Fundamentals of BIM at local colleges. She is a certified Adobe Education Trainer (AET). Shannon is adept at writing specifications and documenting energy code compliance. She works closely with engineers, owners and the design team to efficiently execute construction documents.
