Clayton-Bradley STEM Academy

Innovative Education Partnership, Inc. and Clayton Homes
Year: 2013

A campus quad is the central element of this state-of-the-art K-12 academy. It is surrounded by multiple small buildings each containing two large classrooms, a storage room, and shared boys and girls restrooms. Two of the buildings are reserved for a science lab, library, art room and music room. The main multi-purpose building serves as an entryway and houses offices, a health clinic, workrooms, storage and a large multi-purpose room with a stage. The classrooms utilize a cost effective, schedule-driven modular structure with field applied exterior finishes. The master plan calls for future expansion of a new middle school, upper school, and additional recreation opportunities to accommodate 600 students.
