Century Park

Client: Pellissippi Dutchtown Partnership
Year: Ongoing

Johnson Architecture was hired by the Pellissippi Dutchtown Partnership to master plan and develop design guidelines for an 85-acre office and mixed-use development in west Knoxville, Tennessee. Site amenities include walking trails, green spaces and multiple water features. The first of 12 planned office buildings was completed in October 2004, with the second and third office buildings completed in 2007. The Class-A office buildings provide upscale common amenities including gracious lobbies, elegant restrooms, and sophisticated common corridors. They all house multiple tenant suites. A key anchor component of the JAI-developed master plan for Century Park is a new, 10-story, 200-room luxury hotel. Utilizing building forms and materials indicative of the Century Park palette, the facility boasts amenities such as an extensive conference center, signature restaurant, soaring atrium and elaborate roof-top terraces. The most recent addition to the office park is the CPVII building which was completed in May 2014.
